Chilli Cheese Oysters

A fresh oyster, a hint of chilli and melted cheese!

Ingredients:

-12 freshly shucked oysters
-Emelia’s Fresh Pickled Garlic & Chilli
-25 grams grated tasty cheese
-25 grams grated mozzarella cheese

Method:

Pre heat an over to 180 degrees. On a baking tray lightly scrunch up enough foil to hold your oysters securely so they don’t tip over in the cooking process. Place 1/2 teaspoon of Emelia’s Fresh Pickled Garlic & Chilli on top of each oyster the sprinkle equal amount of both cheeses over each oyster. Place in the oven for around 10 minutes or until cheese is starting to go golden brown.

Warm Chicken Salad

Warm Chicken Salad

A quick and easy meal that is not only light and healthy but full of flavour

Ingredients:

-2 small chicken breast fillets (no skin) sliced
-Emelia’s Sweet Serendipity
-100 grams washed lettuce mix
-Salad items of your choice sliced
-Emelia’s Magic Salad Dressing

Method:

If time permits place your sliced chicken breast fillets in a bowl and cover with Emelia’s Sweet Serendipity Sauce, make air tight with some cling wrap and let marinate for as long as you can. On a serving plate arrange your garden salad, set aside. In a pre-heated hot fry pan place your marinating sliced chicken fillets and let cook for a few minutes until chicken has cooked all the way through. Once chicken is cooked drizzle desired amount of Emelia’s Magic Salad Dressing over garden salad then gently place the cooked chicken strips on top of the salad and drizzle over top Emelia’s Sweet Serendipity. Enjoy warm.

An Emelia’s twist on a classic

Ingredients:

-12 freshly shucked oysters
-3 rashes bacon sliced and diced finely
-4 tablespoons Emelia’s Sweet Serendipity
-4 tablespoons Emelia’s Worcestershire Sauce.

Method:

Pre heat your oven or get your grill going. In a hot fry pan drizzle a small amount of oil and place your diced bacon strips, cook till starting to crispy up. On a baking tray scrunch up foil a little bit and sit your oysters securely on top of the foil so they don’t tip over in the cooking process. Add the cooked bacon on top of the 12 oysters then in a small pouring jug mix both your Sweet Serendipity and Worcestershire Sauce together, pour a generous amount over each oyster. Place in the oven or under the grill for 5-10 minutes, or until bacon crispy and mixture is starting to bubble.
