The flavour of freshly cooked Seafood has for so long had a craving for a tartare sauce that complements all seafood. A sauce that allows the flavour of the dish to be maintained without overpowering the fresh flavours of the seafood. Emelia's tartare sauce has a delicious hint of chilli, and gives a piquant taste that can accompany grilled or fried fish, calamari, prawns, scallops, lobster and almost any crustacean , including marron and scampi. May even be used in salads or as a dip.

Ingredients: vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, gherkin, capers, egg mayonnaise, sugar, spices, chilli, lemon juice
