Beetroot with a spicy flavour, ideal as a salad accompaniment. Our Beetroot Relish may be added to enhance warm potato salad or added to garden fresh coleslaw (drain vinaigrette and use as a garden salad dressing when making a warm chicken salad). The lovely fresh taste is great with all roast meats, such as pork, chicken and turkey, may be served warm or cold at any time, and may be added to meatloafs and terrines.
